Is Good Character Better Than Education?

Did you know that good character is way more important than a good education?

The fact is that CEOs of companies almost always employ someone for their education, but almost always fire those same people for their character.

You see, the problem is good character isn't learnt in the classroom. It's taught at home.

It's also not learnt in soft homes or in harsh homes, but in homes that are warm and where relationships are healthy.

Good character needs good standards. But you also have to give them the freedom to fail.

Good character needs high expectations and pressure to perform, but it also needs a warm environment where mistakes can be safely made.

Good character needs dads to realise that he can spend a fortune on clarinet lessons and classical dance lessons, but the best thing he can invest in, is the character of his kids.
